We are coming up on the end of 2018 and I know what is on everybody's mind...those New Years resolutions. Lose weight, eat better, stop smoking, ect. There is a fundamental flaw that most people fail to realize, and this is why they don't stick to their resolution. Lack of GOALS ! These resolutions are just wishes. If you think back on past New Years and past resolutions you could probably put 'I wish' in front of every failed resolution. Everybody is guilty of it, even myself. If you were to approach this year a little differently and look at them as New Year goals, it puts a whole new mindset on things. Instead of eating better as a whole, maybe it could be, find a way to track what you're eating so you are more informed.
