What is your why?

 What is your why?  Everyone either has one I need one. It’s what gets us up in the morning, what motivates us, and  what keeps us excited when we’re feeling down with where we are.  What is your reason for starting or continuing your fitness journey?  Take some time and really think about that, why am I  exercising, why should I exercise, how should I exercise?  So many times people get burnt out on exercising because they have no clear-cut path to their goals.
